Miro Tomaska

Miro Tomaska is a Senior Software Engineer at Red Hat, with extensive experience in software development and engineering roles. Prior to joining Red Hat in November 2021, Miro spent over seven years at NI (National Instruments), progressing from an Application Engineer to a Senior Software Engineer and ultimately a Staff Software Engineer. Key accomplishments include designing front-end components for automotive applications using React and MobX, developing cross-platform C++ drivers implementing synchronization protocols, and leading efforts in automated testing frameworks. Miro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, completed in 2013, and began a career in engineering as an intern, developing a MAC layer simulation for the ALOHA protocol.
