Paul Batkowski serves as the Global Adoption Role Leader for Technology Sales at Red Hat, where responsibilities include leading customer adoption of Red Hat platforms and developing globally consistent strategies and best practices. With a broad range of leadership roles at Red Hat, Paul has shaped customer success strategies, fostered improvements in customer experience and engagement, and led various teams to enhance customer value throughout the product lifecycle. Prior experience includes positions at Activu Corporation, where Paul contributed to the design and development of software solutions. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
