Paul Lyons

Paul Lyons serves as the Vice President of Experience Engineering at Red Hat, overseeing various teams including the Red Hat Customer Portal, User Experience Engineering, and Product Documentation. With a career at Red Hat that began in April 2012, Paul has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Experience & Engagement, and Senior Director of Global Support Services. Prior to joining Red Hat, Paul held several positions at EMC from August 1995 to April 2012, including Global Director of Remote Support Optimization and Global Director of Customer Support Services. Paul holds a BA in Corporate Systems and an MS in Administration Studies from Boston College.
