Pavel Postler

Pavel Postler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sustaining Engineering at Red Hat since July 2015, Pavel leads a team focused on OpenShift support while prioritizing customer experience and talent development. Previous roles at IBM included various managerial positions, such as People and IT Delivery Manager, overseeing a team of over 30 employees and leading Windows Server project teams. Earlier in career, Pavel operated as an IT freelancer providing support and sales, and worked as a software tester and interpreter for AGE s.r.o.
