Philip Auld

Philip Auld is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat, where they are a member of the Core Kernel team for Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Philip previously served as a Senior Engineer at CloudSwitch from 2009 to 2010, focusing on virtualization technology. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2009, they worked as a Software Architect at Egenera, where they were responsible for product design and system troubleshooting. Philip holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Computer Science from William & Mary, as well as a B.A. in Political Science from Hunter College.
