Rachel Ma is a Solutions Architect at Red Hat, where they bridge the gap between complex technology and real-world solutions. Previously, Rachel has held roles in business development and customer service across various sectors, including as a Business Development Intern at MyanAnts and Nexlabs, and as an Assistant Manager at IMDA, focusing on market policy, digital industry, and leadership development. They also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University. Rachel is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and has undertaken courses in computer science.
