Rainer Schaaf

Rainer Schaaf is an experienced technology services leader with a strong background in profit and loss accountability across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology Services EMEA at Red Hat since 2018, Rainer oversees technology services for the region. Previous roles include Manager of Services for Micro Focus and Vice President of Consulting at CA Technologies, where Rainer led security and technology practices across EMEA. Prior positions at Avaya and Sun Microsystems involved directorships that encompassed consulting, sales, and service management for the DACH region. Rainer’s career began at PeopleSoft and includes significant consulting experience in the mainframe environment, supported by education from Berufsakademie Böblingen.
