Rich Stephens

Rich Stephens currently serves as the Vice President of Telco Sales EMEA at Red Hat since March 2025, focusing on relationships with major Global Telcos in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Rich spent nearly eleven years at Microsoft, where positions included Telco Industry Leader and UK Telco/Media Lead & Global Account Director, emphasizing leadership in the Telco and Media sectors. Rich's earlier experience includes leadership roles at CGI, where oversight of a newly formed business unit and responsibility for Sales in the Telco/Media and Retail sectors were key focuses, as well as a decade at Convergys in various sales and management roles. Rich holds a 2:1 degree in Computing and Informatics and a BSc in Computing from the University of Plymouth.
