Richard Caputo

Richard Caputo is an experienced professional in solution architecture and technical sales, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Solution Architecture at Red Hat since January 2019. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 2005 to December 2018, where notable roles included NY/NJ Area Director of Technical Sales, Account Software CTO, and Americas Field Strategy Manager. Richard successfully led teams, developed customer-centric programs, and established trusted advisor relationships with major clients such as Verizon and Citi. Earlier in his career, Richard was a Senior Network and Systems Architect/Manager at Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, overseeing IT infrastructure operations.
