Rick Santing

Rick Santing is a seasoned business development executive with extensive leadership experience across both hardware and software technology companies, including roles at Ernst & Young, SAP, and Red Hat. They have excelled in managing senior sales teams, focusing on P&L, strategy, operations, and sales activities. Rick has been part of Canadian and North American leadership teams across various sectors, including Financial Services and Telecom. They currently serve as the Director at Red Hat Canada, leading a team responsible for enterprise customer management from Toronto to Vancouver. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
