Rishika Patel

Rishika Patel has diverse experience in technology and leadership roles, having served as a Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft, where responsibilities included developing an automated capacity testing platform. As a Jr. Solutions Architect and later an Associate Solutions Architect at Red Hat, Rishika contributed to innovative solutions. Previous experiences include a role as Shift Lead at Cold Stone Creamery, overseeing team operations, and an internship at Medtronic, where an enhancement program was implemented using Python. Rishika has also taken on leadership responsibilities as Treasurer for ACM-W UCSC, organizing events to support women in STEM. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology Project Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a brief study in Artificial Intelligence at Technische Universität Berlin.
