Ronaldo Rivera has extensive experience in customer success management, having served as an Associate Manager for Strategic Customer Engagements at Red Hat Asia Pacific from 2009 to 2019 and held various management roles within Red Hat focusing on customer experience in the ANZ region. Currently, Ronaldo is pursuing a degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Charles Sturt University, building on earlier studies in the same field from 2001 to 2003.
