Ryan Wilson is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale integration. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Strategy & Special Initiatives at Red Hat, Ryan partners closely with the COO to guide strategic planning and enhance operational efficiency. Ryan previously held various roles within Red Hat, including Director of the Alignment Office and Senior Manager of IT Performance and Innovation, where notable achievements include the establishment of the Integration Management Office and significant improvements in cybersecurity posture. Earlier in their career, Ryan was a User Experience Designer at the American Kennel Club, where they developed user-centered design solutions. Ryan is currently pursuing a degree in Communication and Media Studies at The University of Georgia.
