Shane Snyder

Shane Snyder is a seasoned IT professional with diverse experience in technical account management, site reliability engineering, and middleware engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Red Hat, Shane has also held roles at Echo360, Inc. and PHEAA, where responsibilities included monitoring application logs, deploying code, and managing system environments. Prior work experience encompasses positions as a System Administrator at CGI and an IT Specialist at CJ Pony Parts, as well as early roles in customer service and internship positions related to networking.
