Shon Paz

Shon Paz is an accomplished Solutions Architect Team Lead at Red Hat with significant experience in the areas of Cloud, Data, and DevOps. Since March 2020, Shon has provided strategic architecture and cloud solutions, acted as a liaison between product management and customers, and conducted workshops across various IT domains. Prior to Red Hat, Shon led the Data Services Team at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, managing large-scale data services and implementing Agile methodologies. With a strong background in software-defined storage, DevOps engineering, and system administration, Shon has contributed to substantial projects in automation, performance tuning, and cloud-native development. Educational credentials include studies at The Open University of Israel from 2018 to 2022.
