Thalia Hooker

Thalia Hooker currently serves as the Americas Leader for the Global IBM Technical Alliance Team at Red Hat, a position held since April 2022, where Thalia spearheads initiatives to enhance IBM's Hybrid Cloud strategy and OpenShift Container Platform adoption. Prior to this, Thalia Hooker was involved with IBM for nearly two decades in various influential roles, including Americas Leader for the Global OCP Technical Elite team and Client Technical Leader in Banking and Financial Markets, where strategic relationships with senior executives were vital. Thalia Hooker's extensive experience encompasses leadership in technical sales, hybrid cloud solutions, and enterprise application integration across different industries, supported by a strong academic foundation with a Ph.D. and M.S. in Management Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University.
