Theresia Söderbaum

Theresia Söderbaum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales excellence and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager Sales Excellence, Chief of Staff, and PMO for the EMEA Business Strategy Office at Red Hat since August 2011. Previously, Theresia held various leadership roles within Red Hat, including Sr Manager EMEA Practice leader for ISRs & Renewals, Sr Manager Inside Sales Telco EMEA, and EMEA Distribution Manager, demonstrating a strong track record in driving organizational transformation, strategic planning, and client relationship management. Before joining Red Hat, Theresia worked at Informator in multiple capacities, including Director of Product and Marketing, and at other organizations such as NetCenter Svenska AB and Bonnier Data Media in sales and operations roles. Theresia holds an education from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
