Andy Pan

Andy Pan is a finance professional with extensive experience in equity strategies and portfolio management. From January 2020 to August 2023, Andy held the position of Senior Equity Specialist at Northern Trust Asset Management, where $9 billion in equity strategies were developed and launched, including Quality Dividend Focus, Quality Low Volatility, and Quality ESG. As a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Strategist, Andy directed a $55 billion Tax Advantaged Equity strategy, managing over 100 client relationships worth $5 billion and achieving a 25% annualized AUM growth over a decade. Currently, Andy is a Partner at Redhawk VC, focusing on investments in innovative startups and founders. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Finance from New York University and an MBA in Investments from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
