Mark Neckerman

Mark Neckerman has extensive experience in information technology, having served in various capacities at the City of Columbia, Missouri, from April 1999 to October 2022, including Director of Information Technology and NERC CIP Senior Manager. In these roles, Mark managed IT operations, directed technology strategy, oversaw budgeting, compliance with NERC CIP, and ensured high standards of customer service. Prior to this, Mark held positions as Assistant IT Director and IT Manager, focusing on technology infrastructure and project management. Additionally, Mark worked as a Network Engineer at Computerland, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining network infrastructures, and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Technology from the University of Central Missouri.
