The Institute REDI is a non-profit organization, composed of 20 researchers and professionals in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). The Institute REDI works to promote initiatives that reduce systemic barriers by promoting training & learning events. Moreover, the Institute REDI works to develop strategies and collaborations between scientists and professionals in the STEM sector through creation of an inclusive culture that values the diversity of people, thus enabling innovation and cultural change.
