Taylor Yang has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. In 2011, they had a summer internship at AGUA Design. From 2013 to 2017, Taylor worked at Macro Maison as a system furniture designer, assisting interior designers and producing materials for factories. In 2017, Taylor briefly worked as a QA Specialist at AirXpanders, Inc. In 2018, they co-founded Cerebro Voice, a company specializing in voice technology, and also worked as a software developer at 42 Robotics, where they developed a chatbot, prototyped products, and created a web app for controlling smart incubators. In 2019, while still with Cerebro Voice, Taylor also co-founded ShieldNexus. At ShieldNexus, they served as co-founder until 2020, focusing on company operations. In the same year, Taylor joined Redica Systems as a Data Engineer. Additionally, in 2019, Taylor worked as an intern backend developer at SHUNI, where they contributed to the development of a sleep therapy chatbot. Overall, Taylor has a solid background in software development, system furniture design, and data engineering.
Taylor Yang attended 42 Silicon Valley from 2018 to 2020, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Taylor earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Tatung University. In addition to their formal education, Taylor obtained various certifications, including an AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services in May 2021. They also completed several online courses and certifications related to machine learning, big data, and cloud platforms from institutions such as LinkedIn and Coursera.
