Keith Krist

Keith Krist has over 30 years of experience in building management and maintenance, currently serving as the Lead Building Engineer at REDICO since 2010, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and resolving tenant issues promptly. Prior experience includes roles as Building Engineer and Property Engineer at Larson Realty Group, managing multiple commercial buildings, and serving as HVAC Repair Technician at Air Con Heating and Cooling, where troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems were primary duties. Earlier roles include Head of Maintenance at Hartman & Tyner for a large condominium complex and Maintenance Technician at Colonial Court Terraces. Keith holds a Realtor certification in Real Estate Fundamentals from Middleton Real Estate Training and completed an Honors Curriculum at Annapolis High School.
