Laura Hester

Laura Hester is a seasoned professional in senior housing development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Development - Senior Housing at REDICO since April 2022, Laura provides comprehensive real estate development services for the affiliated company American House, focusing on market feasibility, zoning analysis, project planning, and construction management. Prior to REDICO, Laura held the position of VP of Senior Housing at Cedarwood Development, overseeing market analysis and entitlements. Earlier roles include SVP of Senior Care and Living Services at Plante Moran CRESA and Principal at Davos Development Senior Living Group, where consulting and investment services were provided.
