Steve Schantz

Steve Schantz, MBA, MS, is an accomplished Enterprise Risk Manager at Redico and American House Senior Living Communities. With over 30 years of experience in risk management, occupational safety and health, and environmental consulting, they have held senior management roles at various organizations, including a decade as CEO of CA Risk and Safety Consulting, Inc. Previously, Steve served as a Senior Risk Control Consultant at USI Insurance Services, providing expertise across multiple industries. They hold an MBA and an M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, and are dedicated to supporting veterans through volunteer and fundraising efforts. Outside of professional commitments, Steve enjoys snowmobiling, cooking, and running.
