Alysha Gardner

Alysha Gardner is a Cloud Infrastructure Developer with a strong background in engineering and technical leadership. They held positions as a Platform Engineer and Technical Lead at Rocana, and later as a Data Infrastructure Engineer and Manager at Shopify. Following their time at Shopify, Alysha worked as a Senior Software Engineer II at Confluent before becoming a Staff Engineer at Decodable, where they maintained cloud infrastructure and adapted products for enterprise clients. Currently, Alysha is a Principal DevOps Engineer at Redis while pursuing a BASc in Computer Engineering at the University of Ottawa.
