John Sachs is an experienced technical professional with a career spanning over two decades in account management and technical support. Currently serving as Manager TAM Americas at Redis since September 2018, John has held multiple leadership roles, including CS Americas Cloud Team Lead and Principal Technical Account Manager. Prior to Redis, John worked at VMware from September 2009 to March 2018 as a Staff Technical Support Engineer and Technical Account Manager, focusing on resolving complex customer issues in enterprise application management. Earlier positions included Principal Technical Account Manager at SpringSource and various roles in customer support and quality assurance at Hyperic, Covalent Technologies, Critical Path, and InPower, Inc. John holds a BS in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University, complementing studies at Hawaii Loa College.
