Ofer Steinberg

Ofer Steinberg possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and automation, currently serving as Test Automation Team Leader and Scrum Master at Redis since April 2018, after roles as a QA Automation Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a QA Engineer at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., where responsibilities involved writing Standard Test Documents (STD) and Test Plans (STP), as well as test validation. Ofer's research experience includes a role at the University of Haifa focusing on epidemiological monitoring, and earlier involvement with the Israel Tax Authority where design and implementation of an online process improvement database was a key responsibility. Ofer holds a Master of Arts in Information and Knowledge Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Sociology, both from the University of Haifa.
