Thomas Ryan

Thomas Ryan is currently the Director of Commissions at Redis, where they are responsible for driving the strategy and execution of timely and accurate commissions payments. Previously, they served as Director of Commissions and Senior Manager of Commissions at Zendesk, where they developed processes to support compensation review and ensured data integrity. Prior to their roles in the corporate sector, Thomas held significant positions in the US Navy, including Naval Flight Officer and Tactics Instructor, where they developed training programs and managed safety initiatives. Thomas began their career as a Financial Analyst and Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and has also managed finance operations at Genesys. They are pursuing an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management while holding a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
