Thomas Duffy

Thomas Duffy has extensive experience in the beauty industry, currently serving as a Regional Educator for Redken 5th Avenue N.Y.C. LLC since July 2025, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Duffstyles LLC since June 2022. Previously, Thomas worked as an International Sales Artist for Leaf and Flower from June 2019 to July 2025, where responsibilities included educating salon owners and stylists about new product lines and innovative marketing techniques. From June 2015 to July 2025, Thomas was also an International Sales Artist and International Specialist for Brazilian Professionals, traveling globally to promote the company's products. Thomas owned Lave Om Studio from July 2017 to December 2020 and briefly led the Social Networking and Design Teams at The Academy NYC, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, in 2012. Educational achievements include a Trade School Certificate in Cosmetology from The Academy NYC.
