Michael Pietschmann, P.E., LEED AP, serves as Principal at Redland, a firm specializing in land development and civil engineering for various projects including master planned communities and commercial developments, since October 2008. Previously, Michael held the position of Group Leader at V3 Companies, managing master planned community projects from January 2005 to October 2008, and served as Task Manager at Carter & Burgess from July 2001 to December 2004, overseeing design and management of similar developments. Early career experience includes a role as Design Engineer at C2AE focused on municipal projects in Michigan, beginning in May 2000. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in 2000.
