Amir Afshar

Amir Afshar has worked as a Process Engineer at Redlen Technologies Inc. since 2017. Prior to that, they were a Researcher at Shahid Beheshti University from 2016 to 2017. Amir also worked as a Vacuum and Thin Film Deposition Specialist at Redlen Technologies from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they served as a Semiconductor Process Engineer at NanoBlue Devices from 2014 to 2015. Amir started their career as a Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of Alberta in 2014.

Amir Afshar is a highly educated individual with a strong background in materials engineering. Amir obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in the years 2001-2005. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the same institution, completing their studies in the years 2005-2007. Amir further enhanced their academic achievements by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Alberta, where they studied from 2009-2014.

In addition to their formal education, Amir Afshar also holds the certification of a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer, which they obtained in July 2014.
