Lori S. has a long and varied career in business finance and consulting. Lori began their professional career in 1986 as Managing Partner of Eagle Sports Supply, where they were responsible for Manufacturing and Installations of Public Works Projects, as well as strategic business planning, accounting, government contract management, marketing and sales planning. In 2000, Lori moved to Tharas Systems, where they served as HR/Finance/Marketing Manager, handling full scale accounting, AR, AP Bank reconciliation, General ledger, Financial reports for Management and Board, Audits and year end reports, Financing and Bank relationship management, Corporate and WC Insurance management. From 2002-2005, Lori was HR/Marketing Manager at Tera Systems Inc, where they were responsible for Human Resource Management, HR cost accounting, payroll and resource management, coaching and mentoring at all management levels, creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs, and innovative HR solutions and process improvement. From 2005-2007, Lori was Sr. Marketing Manager & Accounting Manager at ThinkBold Corporate Communications, LLC. In 2005, Lori also started their own business, Lori @Thrive, where they provided effective management consulting, administrative, accounting and human resource services. Her customers included OneSpin Solutions GmbH, Muneda and Redline Minds. In 2020, Lori joined Redline Minds as a Business Finance Consultant.
