Robert Borneman

Robert Borneman has extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. At TSYS Healthcare from 2004 to 2012, Robert served as Vice President, overseeing business development for benefits and wellness programs and managing product management and account management teams. Prior to this role, Robert was the Director of Product Management at ProxyMed (now Capario) from 1989 to 2004, where efforts focused on enhancing claim payment processes. Following TSYS, Robert held the position of Solution Delivery Manager and Director at EngagePoint between 2012 and 2015, managing Medicaid modernization initiatives for the State of Missouri. Currently, as Program Manager at RedMane Technology LLC since 2015, responsibilities include implementing Medicaid enrollment and eligibility systems, encompassing relationship management and project oversight. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry - Timber Management and a Master in Decision Science - Quantitative Methods from the University of Georgia and Georgia State University, respectively.
