Kurt Carlsen

Kurt Carlsen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, training, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Training Manager at Redmap since June 1998, Kurt oversees client retention and new business development within document management and automation solutions. As a co-founder of Carlsen Creative Studio since January 2000, Kurt focuses on creating impactful videos that convey clients' narratives. Previously, as Co-Founder and Director of the Export Market Development Program at CompanyHQ from August 2015 to June 2021, Kurt supported Australian businesses in entering the U.S. market. Additionally, Kurt co-founded Community Market in July 2015 to create a social e-commerce platform for charitable fundraising. Earlier career experience includes a successful tenure as Account Director at Lendlease from 1993 to 2001, specializing in payroll and HR software sales.
