Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Redmond is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of tenant improvement and landlord redevelopment projects. Team members coordinate all aspects of a project, from initial client consultations and budget management to scheduling, quality control, and final delivery.
