Maddy De Simone is the Head of Platform Services at Redox, where they previously served as Director of Platform Support and Solutions Engineer. With extensive experience in customer and technical enablement, Maddy managed teams focused on onboarding and production support. Prior to Redox, they worked at Matterport as a Customer Support Engineer and at Epic as a Technical Services expert, where they successfully oversaw multiple customer go-live deployments. Maddy began their career in education, teaching mathematics and English to students of various ages and abilities, and holds a BA in Mathematics and Italian from the University of Oregon.
