Chuck Rogers

Chuck Rogers has over 15 years of experience in the field of information technology. Chuck started their career as a Technical Support Intern at Bellevue College in 2008. From 2006 to 2010, they served as an Information Technology Technician at Silicon Valley Research Group, where they provided technical support for a small business and addressed various IT issues.

In 2010, Chuck joined WildTangent as an Information Technology Services Specialist, where they provided first-response helpdesk support to a large user base across multiple global offices. Chuck also implemented automation tools to streamline PC and Mac deployment processes and maintained WSUS servers.

From 2017 to 2020, Chuck worked at Yapta as an Information Technology Services Specialist, taking on a solo IT support role. Chuck managed and modernized all IT resources for the company, including implementing Filewave Management Suite and JumpCloud to deploy and manage workstations.

Chuck then joined Coupa Software in 2020 as an Information Technology Specialist, transitioning to the role of Systems Administrator in 2021. At Coupa Software, they were responsible for managing IT systems and providing technical support.

Chuck's most recent role, starting in 2023, is with Redpanda Data as an Information Technology Engineer. Details about this role are not provided.

Chuck Rogers attended Bellevue College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate in Arts degree in IT/Technical Support. During the same period, they also earned a Certificate of Achievement in Microcomputer Support Specialist from Bellevue College. Prior to attending Bellevue College, Chuck completed their high school education at Sammamish High School, although the field of study for their high school degree is not stated.

In addition to their degrees, Chuck has obtained several certifications. In May 2012, they received the Linux+ certification from CompTIA and the LPIC-1 certification from the Linux Professional Institute. In July 2011, they obtained the Network+ certification from CompTIA. More recently, in December 2021, Chuck became an Okta Certified Professional.
