In 2004, they joined Fujitsu as a Computer Operator and progressed to roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Practice Manager, Deputy Team Leader 24/7 shift and Technology Delivery Manager. In 2014, they moved to Fujitsu UK and Ireland as a Service Manager / Transition Manager. In 2015, they joined Cloudera as an EMEA Leader - Customer Success, then Head of Customer Success & Adoption - EMEA, followed by Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Redpanda Data.
