David Foley

David Foley serves as the General Counsel at Redpanda Data, where they manage all legal efforts, including commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. They previously held senior legal positions at CrowdStrike and Appirio, leading teams and negotiating significant agreements. Foley began their legal career as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, focusing on intellectual property and transactional matters. They earned a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
