As the Sr. Web Growth Marketer at Redpanda Data, they focus on aligning marketing strategies with business goals while enhancing user experience through optimization and personalization. Previously, Jason served as the Creative Director at Portrait Innovations, where they built an internal creative agency, and as the Creative Manager at Nutramax Laboratories, where they improved workflow and collaboration among creative talents. They have also held positions as a Webflow Designer & Developer and ran their own design business, iDesign.
