Romano Ninassi is a seasoned partner leader with over two decades of experience in the IT industry, currently serving as the Global Head of Partnerships & Alliances at Redpanda. Previously, Romano held significant roles at Confluent, where they led partner sales efforts and contributed to the company's impressive growth trajectory, including a successful IPO. Romano's career also includes leadership positions at renowned technology firms such as Cisco, HPE, and Dell, focusing on partnerships, alliances, and business development. They are pursuing a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
