Travis Campbell

Travis Campbell has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Travis began their career in 1998 as a Unix Systems Administrator at Volt at AMD. Travis then moved to AMD in the same year, where they held various roles such as Senior Systems Engineer, Senior CAD Systems Engineer, Senior Systems Programmer, Systems Programmer 2, and Systems Programmer 1. In 2007, they became the Technical Services Committee Chair at League of Professional System Administrators (LOPSA). In 2009, they were a Senior Systems Administrator at the University of Texas at Austin and Director at LOPSA. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Indeed.com as a Staff Systems Engineer and Senior Linux Administrator. Since 2016, they have been with Cloudera, where they have held roles such as Director, Customer Success, CDP Adoption Center of Excellence, Principal Field Specialist, Customer Adoption, Senior Field Specialist, Customer Adoption, Senior Solutions Architect, and Senior Competitive Analysis Engineer. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Redpanda Data as a Solutions Architect.

Travis Campbell is currently attending West Texas A&M University College of Business, where they are studying Business Administration and Management, General. Travis also holds a Cloudera Certified Hadoop Administrator certification from Cloudera, which they obtained in May 2011.
