Christopher Betsill has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as General Manager - HSE for the Americas at REDPATH MINING since September 2007. Previous roles at REDPATH MINING include Manager, HSE, Superintendent Safety and Training, and Safety Supervisor. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Health and Safety Representative and Miner at Newmont Mining Corporation, where initial responsibilities involved underground mining operations and equipment operation. Additional experience includes serving as Helicopter Squad Leader at the Bureau of Land Management. Christopher Betsill holds an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, earned between 2012 and 2014, and attended Boise State University from 1999 to 2001.
