Jake Howell

Jake Howell is an experienced professional in the offshore and construction industries, currently serving as a Rope Access Superintendent at REDPATH MINING since October 2022. Previous roles include Rope Access Supervisor at Stork, a Fluor company, and the founding of BEAR Rope Access Solutions Ltd, where Jake operated as an IRATA Level 3 and directed operations. With a strong background in fireproofing, blasting, and rope access, Jake has completed various significant projects in the North Sea and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including chargehand and nightshift foreman at Stork. Jake also successfully ran a plastering and building business, where two trainees achieved NVQ Level 2, and has experience in various building and scaffolding roles starting from an apprenticeship at GT Building. Educationally, Jake holds B and C grades in GCSEs.
