Johnny Marquez

Johnny Marquez is an experienced underground mining professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently employed as a shaft miner at Redpath Mining since July 2023, Johnny has also held positions as an underground trainer and miner at various companies, including Cementation and Harrison Western. Expertise includes operation and training on multiple equipment types, such as Maclean Terex Double Boom Jumbo and Atlas Copco Haul Trucks. Notable achievements comprise projects at Redpath Australia, Kensington Gold Mine, and Barrick Goldstrike Mine. Johnny holds a diploma from Cobre High School, earned between 1992 and 1996.
