Marc Duchaine

Marc Duchaine is an accomplished Procurement Executive currently serving as the Global Head of Supply Chain at Redpath Mining, a global leader in underground mining contracting and engineering. With extensive experience in building and leading procurement organizations, Marc has held key positions at IPEX Group of Companies and ArcelorMittal, where they transformed procurement functions to be strategic contributors. Marc possesses a strong track record in negotiation, strategic sourcing, and relationship building, and is dedicated to achieving high performance through collaboration. They hold multiple certifications, including in Organizational Leadership from IMD and Lean Six Sigma from McGill University, and are currently pursuing a Physical Asset Management Certificate at the University of Toronto.
