Tom Howard

Tom Howard is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at REDPATH MINING since June 2023, Tom has previously held positions such as Head of People & Culture at Unita and Senior Human Resources Advisor at Unitywater. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Brisbane Airport Corporation, as well as HR Consultant at BLUHAT. Tom's career began in import coordination and clerical roles at Expeditors and Transtar International, respectively. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Business in International Business from QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
