Borne from the vision of its founders, Daniel Redpath and Neil Leach, Redpath Leach Estate Agents was established to reinvigorate the Estate Agency marketplace, offering a new and innovative approach to the process of moving home.

With a Director accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and underpinned by their Valuer Registration programme, and another accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), it is these prestigious hallmarks which demonstrate our commitment to quality in every aspect of our business.

Benefitting from a combined 25 years' experience within the local property market, our core business focus is to ensure an experience which places our clients' needs at the fore, providing limitless support, guidance and advice.

Our bespoke service is delivered personally by our directors, ensuring our clients can be certain of dealing with a highly experienced individual from start to finish, fully immersed in their move and armed with the latest updates and information.

We understand that moving home can be both a happy and exciting experience, but also an emotional and stressful one, often borne out of need, rather than desire. It is this empathy and understanding which has helped us to forge strong and lasting relationships with our valued clients, creating a service which is tailored to their individual needs and requirements, whatever the circumstances.

Estate Agency is an evolving industry, and our strategic marketing has been designed with a clear focus on a strong online presence, our modern and creative approach including engaging social media, national property portals and the necessary investment in professional photography and floorplans, ensuring our homes are not only presented in a way which displays their full potential, but also that reaches the required audience
