Mark Techentien has extensive experience in financial leadership roles at various companies such as RedPeak, UDR, Aimco, and more. With a background in accounting and business administration, Mark has served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President in multiple capacities, and Director in financial systems and corporate accounting. Mark's expertise includes managing capital investment spending, P&L responsibility for multi-family apartment units, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing financial project management processes. Mark graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
