Caroline Hamel

Caroline Hamel has worked in the marketing and advertising industry since 2003. Caroline began their career at Gish, Sherwood & Friends as an Account Coordinator in 2003. In 2005, they moved to redpepper, where they held several positions, including VP Agency Operations, Director of Production Services, Senior Project Manager, Account Supervisor, and Account Executive. In their role as VP Agency Operations, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of the company. As Director of Production Services, they managed a team of project managers, traffic coordinators, and integrated producers. As Senior Project Manager, they were responsible for overall planning and management of all projects running through the agency.

Caroline Hamel obtained their Bachelor of Science in Communication/Advertising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2003. In November 2021, they became Dare to Lead Trained.
